Cookie policy

Six cookies, all of them ours, none of them for advertising. Here is every one and what it does.

What we use cookies for

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. ServGH uses them for a short list of jobs: keeping you signed in, holding a guest cart, remembering your language, and attributing a referral. That is the whole list.

We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use a third-party analytics provider. No cookie we set is shared with an advertising network.

The cookies we set

CookieWhat it doesKindKept for
authjs.session-tokenKeeps you signed in. Set when you complete sign-in and removed when you sign out.EssentialSession
cart_guest_idLinks a guest cart to this browser so items survive a page reload before you sign in.Essential30 days

affiliate_refRecords the referral code you arrived with, so the person who referred you is credited if you sign up later.Functional30 days

servgh_countryThe country our CDN reports, used only to pick a default language. No precise location is stored.Functional1 day

Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie, and never leaves your device.

Third parties

Two third parties can set cookies during a flow you start yourself:

  • Our identity provider, on its own sign-in pages, to keep you signed in there.
  • Our payment provider, on its own checkout pages, for fraud prevention and to complete your payment.

Those cookies are governed by the provider’s own policy, not this one. ServGH cannot read them.

Managing cookies

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies from its settings. Because we set none for advertising or analytics, there is nothing here to opt out of — but blocking the essential ones will sign you out and empty a guest cart.

You can change your language at any time from the switcher in the header; that simply rewrites the language cookie.

Changes and contact

If we start using a cookie that is not listed above, this page is updated before it ships and the review date changes with it.
