Terms of Service

By accessing or using ServGH, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use ServGH.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You may not share your account credentials with anyone.
• One person may hold only one account.

Prohibited items and services

• Illegal goods or services
• Counterfeit or stolen items
• Weapons, drugs or controlled substances
• Adult content or services
• Anything that infringes intellectual property rights

Seller obligations

• Describe every item and service accurately.
• Honour every order you accept.
• Answer buyer questions within 24 hours.
• Ship within the timeframe you stated.

• Every payment is processed through our secure payment system.
• Sellers pay a platform commission on each completed sale. The rate depends on the seller’s membership tier and is published in full on the Pricing page; the rate shown there at the time of sale is the rate charged.
• Escrow holds the money until the buyer confirms delivery.
• Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payout method.

Escrow protects both sides of every deal:

• Funds are held until delivery is confirmed.
• Buyers have 3 days to inspect and confirm.
• A dispute can be opened within 7 days of delivery.
• ServGH acts as a neutral mediator in every dispute.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse or threaten other users
• Post false, misleading or fraudulent content
• Circumvent the platform’s payment system
• Use automated bots or scrapers
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings
• Engage in any illegal activity

ServGH and its original content, features and functionality are owned by ServGH and protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You keep ownership of the content you create, and grant ServGH a licence to display and promote your listings.

ServGH provides the platform as it is and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of what is listed. We are not liable for:

• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• The quality or accuracy of listings
• User-generated content
• Third-party services or websites

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, act fraudulently, or put other users or the platform at risk.

We update these terms from time to time. Significant changes are announced by email or in-app notification, and continuing to use ServGH after a change means you accept the new terms.
