Founding cohort
Build the marketplace Ghana runs on
ServGH is built and running. What it needs now is founders — people who back it with money, or with their own hands.
Two tracks. Pick the one you can actually sustain.
Contribute money toward building it · Bring skills, time or a network
Why this one
A working platform, not a pitch deck
Most ventures ask you to fund an idea. Every surface below is running code you can open right now.
What we will not do is quote you traction we have not earned. ServGH is early: there is no user count, no revenue chart and no growth curve worth showing. What exists is the machinery — and that is what we would rather be judged on.
Marketplace and storefronts
Vendors open a shop, list products or services, set their own prices and run their own storefront pages.
Auctions and bidding
Timed auctions with live bids, reserve prices and automatic settlement into escrow when the clock stops.
Buy requests and offers
Buyers post what they need. Vendors bid. Offers are negotiated in the open, then locked to a price.
Bookings and appointments
Availability calendars, team schedules and a full appointment lifecycle for anyone selling time.
Stays
Nightly listings, calendars and booking payments for rooms, apartments and short lets.
Experiences and tickets
Ticketed events with capacity limits, resale rules and fundraising, all handled inside the platform.
Restaurant menus
Menus, items and ordering for kitchens that want a storefront without a delivery middleman taking the margin.
Escrow wallet
Money is held until the buyer confirms. Payouts, refunds and returns all settle through one ledger.
Delivery and fulfilment
Courier assignment, live location, proof of delivery and a dispute trail on every order.
Built for this market, not ported to it
The decisions that are hard to retrofit were made at the start.
Priced in GH₵
Every fee, listing and payout is denominated locally. No currency theatre at checkout.
Mobile money first
Card, bank and mobile-money rails, because most of this market pays with a phone.
English and French
The whole interface in both languages, switchable mid-session without losing your place.
Audited by design
Every admin action is logged and every dispute leaves a trail. That is what trust actually costs.
Two tracks
Contribute money, or contribute yourself
They are worth the same to us. Choose the one you can genuinely sustain.
Track 01
Back it financially
You believe in the thesis and want a stake in what it becomes.
What it involves
- A frank conversation about the business, the numbers and the risk.
- A written proposal from us: structure, amount, and exactly what it buys.
- Your own legal and financial advice before anything is signed.
What a founder gets
- Direct access to the people building it, not an investor-relations queue.
- The full picture: architecture, running costs, roadmap and what is not working.
- Founder recognition on the platform, in a form we agree together.
What happens next
- You create a ServGH account, tagged as a founder so we know why you are here.
- A person replies — usually within a few days, always a person.
- We talk. Nothing is committed until it is in writing.
Track 02
Build it with us
You have skill, time or reach, and you would rather earn your place than buy it.
What it involves
- Tell us what you are good at and how much time is realistic for you.
- We agree one concrete first piece of work — scoped, not open-ended.
- You ship it, and we both find out whether this works.
What a founder gets
- Real ownership of a surface, not tickets handed down to you.
- Founder recognition on the platform, in a form we agree together.
- A say in what gets built next, proportional to what you carry.
What happens next
- You create a ServGH account, tagged as a founder so we know why you are here.
- A person replies — usually within a few days, always a person.
- We start small on purpose, and grow it if it works.
Put money behind it
Contribute to building ServGH
A voluntary contribution toward the cost of building and running the platform — servers, payment rails, the people writing the code. It is not an investment and it buys no share of anything.

Straight answers
The questions you are actually asking
Is this equity?
It might be, for the funding track — and it might not. We are not going to invent a structure on a landing page. Any financial arrangement, including whether it involves equity at all, would be set out in writing and reviewed by your own advisers before anyone signs. Nothing on this page grants or promises a share of anything.
What am I committing to by registering?
Nothing. Registering interest is a request to talk. You can stop at any point, for any reason, and you owe us nothing for having asked.
I only have a few hours a week. Is that worth anything?
Yes, if the hours are dependable. One well-scoped surface owned by someone for four reliable hours a week beats forty distracted ones. Tell us honestly what you have and we will scope to it rather than around it.
How are contributions recognised?
Publicly, if you want to be — a founder credit on the platform itself. Beyond that, the specifics (any title, any compensation, any stake) are exactly the things the team will confirm with you directly rather than announce here.
Do I have to invest to join the build track?
No. The two tracks are separate and neither is a route into the other. Backing ServGH buys no say in the build, and building it costs nothing.
Where would my money actually go?
A fair question that deserves a real answer with figures, in writing — not a paragraph on a landing page. Ask us and we will send it.
Do I have to be in Ghana?
No. The market is Ghana; the team does not have to be. Overlapping working hours matter more than passports.

The worst outcome of a five-minute message is that we both find out quickly it is not a fit.
