How buying, selling, escrow and payouts actually work on ServGH.

Go to Settings › Verification, pay the one-time verification fee for your role, and upload a government-issued ID (plus your business details if you sell). An administrator reviews the submission and you are notified of the outcome. Verification is required before your first listing goes live.
Sign-in is handled by our identity provider, so your email, password and any social logins live there. Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to reset it — ServGH never stores your password.
Contact support and ask for closure. Complete or cancel any open orders and withdraw your wallet balance first — an account holding funds or live orders cannot be closed. Closure is permanent.
Use the Report page. Choose the category, paste the link to the listing, shop or profile and describe what happened. Scam and safety reports are routed to the trust & safety queue as urgent, and you get a reference to quote if you follow up.
