Find the listing, open it, then add it to your cart or press Buy now. Pay from your ServGH wallet or by mobile money. Your payment is held in escrow — the seller is not paid until you confirm delivery or the review window closes.
ServGH holds your payment until you confirm the order arrived as described. The seller sees that the money is committed, and you keep the ability to open a dispute. Funds are released to the seller when you confirm, or automatically when the review window ends.
Members pay no platform fee. Guests and non-members pay a platform fee on the order total, shown on the cart before you check out and again on the payment screen. The current rate is always the one displayed at checkout — see the Pricing page for the full schedule.
Open My orders from your dashboard. Each order shows its current step, any proof the seller uploaded, and the delivery stage when a courier is involved. Status changes also arrive as notifications and email.
Yes, while the seller has not started work. Open the order and choose Cancel; the escrowed amount returns to your wallet. Once work has started, cancelling has to go through the seller, or through a dispute if you cannot agree.
Open the order and choose Open a dispute. Pick a reason (non-delivery, quality, wrong specification, damage, incomplete) and say what outcome you want — refund, partial refund or redo — with at least a short paragraph of detail. The escrowed funds stay held while an administrator reviews the evidence from both sides and settles from what is still in escrow.
Send us the details and we will answer in the order they arrive.
